they do not answer the phone

I have been trying for 3 months to get answers on their feeders and pricing as the site seems to be a bit misleading on the pricing stating a additional percentage off on 4 of them. I have left a few messages and no return call yet. Looks like a nice piece but scary fact is if they don't answer the phone on sales what if I need service?

We will see how reliable the unit is but after a couple months waiting on it to be delivered I’m not optimistic.
