follow up service sucks think i may have to notifyee credit card and refuse charges if i don't receive soon

After waiting two months for our order. It came with half the stuff incomplete.
I’m missing the controller, the solar panel and no one returns phone calls or emails stay as far away from this company as you can. Unfortunately, I have no recourse because I used a debit card.

We have never received our product. We have tried to reach out to your company several times and never get a response. Fedx told us to contact you. They discarded the package due to damage. I guess we will seek legal action if we do not hear from you soon.

Im still waiting on my solar panel it was missing from my order. They are supposed too be sending me one but it hasn't arrived yet.

Battery works great!
