DAYTIME DEADFALL FEEDER

I ordered my deadfall in March of this year. It was shipped in July. The box showed up mangled and missing most of the hardware. I reached out to Tectonic and they sent me everything but the hinge pins. Here it is September and I still don’t have the hinge pins. I’ve emailed them multiple times and even asked for the specs on the hinge pins so I can go find something close. They just keep replying they will send them as soon as possible. It will be hunting season in two weeks. So much for the deer getting accustomed to this feeder this year. I have a $700 price of plastic sitting in my garage that is unusable. Terrible customer service!!!

I like my feeder but it took a ridiculous amount of time to get it shipped to me. Yall can do a much better job in delivering items in a timely manner

Deadfall does not keep animals out when the lid is closed. No locking mechanism. Lightweight hard plastic exterior. Must be in an enclosed pen to keep hogs from damaging feeder. Not worth the money.

I’ve been using the DAYTIME DEADFALL FEEDER for a couple of weeks now and I’m really impressed. Assembly was quick and easy, and once set up, it worked exactly as advertised. It’s well-built and does the job efficiently.

Shipping took longer than expected, and the battery arrived separately after the feeder, which was on backorder for two months. That was a bit frustrating, but now that everything is here and running, I can say it was worth the wait. I really love the product overall and would recommend it to others looking for a reliable feeder.

It took about 11 weeks for my feeder to arrive. I’m patient, that wasn’t that big of a deal. However, once it arrived it was clear the box had been opened before and possibly returned. Once I opened the box I realized that it was missing several key parts. I called the tectonic phone number many times and left 3-5 voicemails over the course of a week trying to let someone know about the situation and never have received a call back. I also emailed a few times over the course of the next 7 days and Finally got a response apologizing and know they were sending me replacement parts. When are they sending them? Who knows. For now I’ll just stare at my box and the few plastic pieces that I have while waiting on bow season to start in 9 days. This has really been an absolutely horrible experience. I’m 41 years old and this is the first time I’ve ever reviewed a product/company this poorly.
