Just see my pic of emails they sent me before I ordered they said 2 weeks out then a month then 3 wks ago then last week then they made shipping labels from FedEx this week then called FedEx they said they were not told to pick anything up check this more they said FedEx was picking up 23 pallets of orders from them today well with out asking they just refunded my money can’t believe they would go as far as making FedEx label and lying about them supposed to be being shipped out this week. They’re just trying to buy their time. I’m surprised anybody has gotten any feeders from this company February 20 to current date March 12 no feeder just refunded this place as a joke the company‘s garbage I was even thinking about buying some of their silhouette stuff
Feeder concept is great, time will tell if it will work out. The assembly was not as easy as it should have been. The pieces roughly fit together but do not “snap” together with the preformed tabs. I had to use pipe clamps in order to get the pieces close enough together to put the self tapping screws in the proper places. Concerned about the stress on the pieces themselves once the feeder is filled. On top of that there were not enough screws in the pack to complete the assembly, extra ones had to be purchased. Once assembly was complete it looks nice,the battery compartment is a little close but no modifications were needed to get the compartment door properly shut. The easiest part the process was installing the solar panel and the hookup to the battery.
Don't ordor any products before contacting this company they are taking money but not taking calls.
We ordered this months ago and finally received a package that was totally open delivered in a Budget rental truck. The delivery driver stated he delivered it to the wrong house and the man he delivered it to said it wasn’t his and when he went to pick it up the package totally fell apart and he didn’t have any tape to fix it. He swore all the pieces were there.
I ordered this back on December 10, 2024. I received an email saying that they were behind and have patience. On March 12th, they sent me a crushed box. I declined to except that box as it was obvious the product was broken. Now we recive it in May. You need a battery and I certainly won't order one from them. I might get it in February. So use a regular barrel feeder, don't waste your time or money.
