The Kitchen Sink Daytime Deadfall Feeder Bundle

I have not got my feeder yet it’s been a couple weeks now since I haven’t got it

Considering I only received the basic kit !! I am still waiting on my battery my charger, more importantly to me the feet & predator guard that you promised me. Now I’m concerned that you actually think you fulfilled my order!! still patiently waiting another shipment.!!!!!!!! I think, hopefully? ????

This product is great in theory. It took the deer about 2 full months before they would even go within feet of the feeder (despite the great things within). My Kitchen Sink Bundle came without the lift kit but the customer service to send a replacement part was great, received it exactly one week after submitting my request. Now for logistics: the feeder itself was relatively easy to put together despite some of the parts not fitting perfect (likely a result of the molding process) and can be done by one person but would be significantly easier with two. The bundle should have 2 Defender Kits due to the fact that, as advertised, you need 2 kits to assemble as pictured. The Defender kit simply does not deter raccoons as seen in the picture. The feeder is touted as waterproof however in keeping the feeder open to acclimate the deer to feeding at it, the goodies get wet. The feeder also does not close perfectly flush despite being assembled properly. The battery housing cubby does not fit the battery well at all, the door is bowed out despite playing Tetris with the programmer, wires, and battery. 3/5 stars due to pricing, manufacturing/engineering flaws, ineffective defender kit(s), and excellent customer service

I didn't receive the batteries, the solar and the legs. I would like to receive the rest of the order.

I pre-ordered the kitchen sink bundle feeder. Even though I was assured that feeders were being shipped at the beginning of August. I never received anything until after Labor Day. When I did receive was the basic feeder without any accessories. Assembly instructions read that I needed to get a battery to complete assembly. This left me with the problem of buying an extra battery even though I had purchased one with my kitchen sink bundle when I wrote tectonic, I received a prompt reply that stated that accessories were being shipped separately. After not hearing anything for over a week, I wrote tectonic again, even though I received confirmation that they had received my missive, they have not responded now in two days however, I did receive a request to rate the feeder, including the kitchen sink bundle, which they stated they had shipped to me 14 days ago. Clearly they are having logistic problems and are not aware of what they have or have not shipped. Combine this with the fact that they are not communicating at present and it makes me very concerned having no working product to be able to rate, I gave it one star only because there was no place to give zero stars or minus stars.
